Biography: Dr. Amsaad is an Assistant Professor at Wright State University, specializing in cybersecurity, cryptographic hardware, and side-channel attack countermeasures. He has led multiple NSF-funded projects and a $29.75M AFRL cooperative agreement. He is the General Chair of IEEE SATC 2025.

Abstract: Felicia will provide an overview of IEEE Region 2, her role as Region Director, and priorities for 2025. She will discuss upcoming events and engagement opportunities.
Biography: Felicia serves on the IEEE Board of Directors, overseeing Region 2. She has had a distinguished 32-year career with the US Air Force and AFRL, specializing in cybersecurity and distributed collaborative systems. She holds degrees in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida and the Air Force Institute of Technology.
